Summary
Operational architecture determines organizational capability.
My practice spans organizational design, AI systems, measurement, communication, and internal products — the infrastructure of fidelity through which organizations retain, refine, and extend what they already know.

Experience
Internet Sales Director
Independence Nissan of Wellesley — Wellesley, MA · 2025 – 2026
Scope: end-to-end design and deployment of the department’s operating system — doctrine, workflow, AI implementation, internal product development, measurement, and team governance.
- Authored the BDC Operational Doctrine — an internal constitution governing client communication and team behavior. FIRST/BEST/MOST client-tier model, A.C.T. (Authority, Clarity, Transition) framework, Trust-Activation Doctrine, Twelve Laws, anti-pattern registry, and confirmation language framework. Codified director-level standards into enforceable, repeatable practice.
- Designed and deployed Sable — a two-layer AI persona (warm concierge surface, precision operator underneath) written in continuous prose for Matador’s system-prompt architecture. Deployed into live client conversations under human supervision without loss of organizational voice. Engagement increased from 21% to 40% within 7 days of the first prompt-architecture deployment.
- Shipped a suite of production internal products (Next.js 14 / Supabase / Vercel): the INW Delivery Tracker (Board / People / Calendar views; OOS registration, transport and DMV logic, We Owe tracking, role-based access); a portable book-of-business system with a structured client data model; and a client-facing vehicle sheet system used across every lead — portable self-contained HTML in INW visual identity, two formats (multi-vehicle comparison and single-vehicle storytelling), OEM and inventory photos base64-embedded.
- Rebuilt measurement and reporting around operator capability, not surface activity — KPI architecture, operational dashboards, and leadership visibility redesigned for decision support, not compliance theater.
Sales Operations · Client Care Coordinator
Mirak Automotive Group · 2025
- Designed and deployed a proprietary appointment-confirmation architecture that lifted show rates from ~30% to over 70% within the first 14 days of rollout — fundamentally reshaping appointment reliability and engagement quality.
- Improved internet close performance despite a lead mix increasingly weighted toward out-of-state, sold-VIN inquiries — operational effectiveness under adverse conditions, not favorable lead flow.
- Enhanced CRM data integrity by ~35% and lifted team follow-up consistency by ~40% through cleaner routing, task discipline, and AI-supported workflow design.
- Strengthened appointment quality and digital conversion (12–18% lift) by re-architecting qualification, pacing, and customer-communication structure.
- Reduced time-to-first-touch from hours to under 30 minutes and gave leadership sharper KPI visibility through redesigned reporting.
Sales & Leasing Consultant
Cardinal Honda · 2021 – 2025
- Built relational continuity across a high-volume pipeline — personalized follow-up systems that drove repeat and referral business.
- Enforced CRM discipline that kept pipeline visibility clean and follow-up defensible.
- Translated product mastery into narrative-driven, cross-medium communication — video walk-arounds, SMS, email — that converted.
- Maintained elite CSI through consistent, warm, high-awareness follow-through.
Sales & Leasing Executive
Antonino Acura — Council of Excellence, 2020 · 2020 – 2021
- Delivered a concierge-level relational experience, guiding premium-brand decisions with clarity and low-pressure precision.
- Maintained impeccable CRM accuracy for clean visibility into buyer intent and pipeline movement.
- Partnered with leadership on deal structure and trade strategy to support seamless same-day decisions.
Assistant Manager
Estée Lauder Companies · 2017 – 2020
- Ran full-store operations — floor execution, staffing rhythm, standards, and brand presentation at a luxury standard.
- Drove performance through real-time coaching and floor leadership — evidence the discipline predates and transcends automotive.
- Held operational rigor across inventory accuracy, merchandising quality, and compliance.
Systems & Internal Products

- Sable AI Persona — Two-layer identity (warm concierge surface, precision operator underneath) authored in continuous prose for the Matador AI system-prompt architecture. Deployed into live client communication under human supervision; engagement lifted from 21% to 40% within 7 days of first prompt architecture.

Operating Philosophy
Fidelity comes first. Every decision depends on the quality of the representation beneath it. When the representation loses fidelity, judgment degrades, systems drift, and organizations begin solving problems that no longer exist while missing the ones that do.
My work begins by establishing faithful representations of the work itself. Before anything is optimized, automated, measured, or scaled, the underlying structure has to be true to the reality it represents.
From there, architecture becomes an act of preservation. Systems preserve standards. Measurements preserve signal. Products preserve capability. AI preserves organizational voice. Infrastructure preserves the work an organization has already paid to learn.
Every system in this document was architected from within the problem it solves, because fidelity cannot be designed from a distance. It has to be earned through direct contact with the work itself. The result is infrastructure organizations can trust, because it remains faithful to the work it was built to serve.
